NEW LARGE CAPACITY PTO DRIVEN CONCRETE MIXER FROM AGRIQUIP INTRODUCED

An additional model to the existing DBM750 (750 litre) model of concrete mixers is now available now in NZ from Agriquip - the new DBM1250 with a capacity of 1250 litres.

This machine is driven via the tractor PTO through a driveshaft and a heavy duty oil filled gearbox through to a large horizontally rotating paddle system of spring steel arms which evenly fold the concrete mix to the required consistency then the mix is dispensed through either of two outlets at the bottom of the mixer body.

This mixer is also able to be operated hydraulically instead of PTO drive with a hydraulic motor fitted to the gearbox.

The DBM750 mixer still maintains its place as the number one seller and many units are now in operation throughout NZ and working very successfully.

NEW ATV TRAILED SPREADERS –

AGRIQUIP Have released two new models of fertiliser spreaders in addition to the 21 models of spreaders they already have to offer:

218kg/169 litre and 383kg/297litre capacity.

These feature a Fully hot dipped galvanised frame and polyethylene hopper mounted to a wide subframe giving an overall width of 1550mm.

The ground drive is engaged with a simple locating pin on the axle.

The fertiliser or seed is released from the hopper by a lever and can be metered accurately with fine adjustment made by a lever on the bike side of the spreader. Twin outlet shutters on the bottom side of the hopper give a large opening where bulk spreading is required but also the ability to adjust individually giving the option to apply a side discharge or varying the spread from one side to the other.

Standard wheels/tyres are 16/6.50x8. Options include :

For larger tractors the Agriquip three point linkage mounted Hydrasplitter puts hydraulic power into use with unrivaled force. These splitters feature a simple, easy to use control valve with a convenient detent to return the ram quickly - ready for the next operation. The VTL can be used from a position sitting on the ground, to a point anywhere in the range of the tractors draft arm lift range, to suit any operator.

The control valve is simple and easy to use, with convenient detent feature for auto cylinder retract, allowing hands free to shift wood etc.

New twin disk 1300 litre (1 bag urea) spreader! – this new UV treated polythene hopper extension increases the capacity to carry a one tonne bag of urea and can still be sold at a competitive retail price.

The McConnel Swingtrim will be familiar to some of you – this is a unique hedgetrimmer which will fit well into the lifestyler market or small farmer.
 These are unique as they will swing over to cut both sides of the tractor very simply. These fit to smaller tractors from 15 HP upwards and two hoses connect to the tractor to give full hydraulic operation.
A 1500mm cutter bar gives an excellent cut to shelter and decorative hedging.

The new Tiger claw is a whole new concept for roadside maintenance – this is a must to talk to your local roading contractors and better still your local council.
This is a huge saving of capital equipment which traditionally has been the grader a sweeper a digger etc etc… - a one pass operation this new ‘claw’ returns the gravel from the sides of the road to the edge by this unique set of disks.
The forward speed can reach 20km/hr which is speedy work when compared to the past.

AGRIQUIP have released a new Extra Large ‘Mega' Tray aimed at Farmers with larger tractors . The common size tractor used by a lot of farmers has now increased dramatically and the implements have to follow.

The new size tray is 3 meters (10') wide x 1.8 metres (6') deep.

This new carry all tray is standard fully hot dip galvanised along with an optional stock pen which is also fully galvanised.

Standard with a drawbar provision for a towball .-Heavy steel has been used such as 100mm x 75mm x 5mm RHS as the main chassis giving it a carrying capacity of up to 2.5 tonnes.

The tray mounts to the Three point linkage either Cat II or Cat III.
