AGRIQUIP WARRANTY POLICY

 

  1. General Warranty Conditions
    All AgriQuip machinery is covered by a comprehensive warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, provided that:
    i. The machine is operated under normal use as outlined in the operator’s manual.
    ii. The machine is correctly serviced and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s service schedule.
    iii. The machine is operated within its stated capacity (including horsepower limits, operating speeds, PTO speed, hydraulic pressure, etc.).
    iv. The machine has not been modified, altered, or repaired using non-genuine parts, or by any person other than an authorised AgriQuip dealer or technician.
    v. AgriQuip has received a duly completed and signed pre-delivery and installation certificate.
    vi. The machine has not been damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, improper operation, or the use of non-genuine or incorrect replacement parts.

  2. Warranty Coverage
    Subject to the conditions above, AgriQuip guarantees that any defect in materials or workmanship occurring within 12 months from the date of purchase, or 1,000 machine operating hours (whichever occurs first), will be repaired or, at AgriQuip’s option, replaced at no charge for parts or labour.

    Where repairs are carried out by an authorised AgriQuip dealer, a labour provision of $115 + GST per hour will be allowed as part of the warranty settlement.

    The warranty period may vary where the manufacturer offers different terms.

  3. Exclusions – Hire Industry
    Machines sold into the hire or rental industry are not covered by warranty.

  4. Items Not Covered Under Warranty
    The following items are excluded from warranty coverage:
    i. Wear items, including PTO shafts, clutches, blades, flails, knives, tines, belts, tyres, chains, and similar consumable components.
    ii. Freight or transport costs associated with repair or return.
    iii. Loss of income, downtime, consequential loss, or business interruption resulting from a warranty issue.
    iv. Damage arising from the use of non-genuine parts or non-approved repairs.

  5. Warranty Period Determination
    The warranty period begins on the date of delivery to the first owner/user and expires at the end of the applicable period, regardless of machine usage or idle time. Idle periods do not extend, pause, or delay the warranty term.
