Trenchmaster

TM150 Trencher

Introducing the TM150 Trencher, an Australian-designed powerhouse crafted for versatility and reliability. Powered by a PTO-driven mechanism connected to your tractor's standard driveshaft and gearbox, the TM150 effortlessly tackles various terrains, from wet clay to compacted soil. Its vertical auger style design, equipped with replaceable tungsten cutting teeth, ensures efficient handling of rocks, tree roots, and thick grass.

Built to withstand the rigors of Australian conditions, the Trenchmaster is a 3-point linkage mounted trenching machine that can easily handle trenching any soil type anywhere in New Zealand. Its adjustable depth control blade allows for cutting depths ranging from 100 to 800mm with ease, simply by loosening two bolts. Standard trenching width is 150mm, but with an optional adapter, the Trenchmaster can also cut trenches 300mm wide.

Additionally, the Trenchmaster offers a one-pass pipe laying system as an optional feature, enabling seamless trench cutting, pipe laying, and backfilling in a single operation. Trust in the Trenchmaster for quality performance tailored to meet your trenching needs.

TM150 Options

300mm Wide Trench Adaptor

With an optional adaptor, a 300mm trench can be cut with the Trenchmaster.

 

Pipe-Laying System

A one-pass pipe laying system is also available as an additional option. This system allows a trench to be cut, pipe laid and backfilled in one pass.

If you are looking to hide and protect, we can help. Doesn't matter if its water, gas, power or communications we have got you covered. The TN548 Trencher is designed to carve a safe haven for your cables and lines. Buried cables and lines are hidden from sight and protected, the TN548 helps you get them there. The trencher's planetary drive quickly and efficiently carves trenches. The side auger keeps the dirt out of the trenching action but close by for back filling.

Skid Steer or 3 Pt Linkage

Planetary Gear Drive System

Crumb Scraper
helps to scrape and sweep extra dirt and debris into the chain where it is lifted out of the trench
Side Auger
The side auger keeps the dirt clear from the trenching action but still near the trench when it’s time for back filling.

TN548 Options

250mm Wide Chain

Optional chain assembly can be fitted to enable the Trench Axe TN548 to trench at 250mm wide

 

Lever Controls

This optional external control kit is mounted on an adjustable arm. The control is great for smaller tractors with limited HP and for tractors with only one hydraulic remote.

Three Point Linkage

The optional 3-point hitch tractor mount has a cylinder that provides angle and depth control. To use this 3PH adapter, your tractor must have a hydro-static drive. Two hydraulic remotes are required, kits are available for tractors with only one set of external hydraulic connections.
