A word on genuine and OEM-spec parts

Aftermarket parts have their place, but for wear-critical and safety-relevant components, the difference between genuine, OEM-spec, and generic aftermarket parts is worth understanding.

Wherever possible, we supply genuine OEM parts. Where a genuine part isn't available or practical, we source quality alternatives manufactured to OEM specifications, so they match the tolerances, materials, and fit of your machine. This is different from generic aftermarket parts, which can vary in material grade, dimensions, and finish, leading to faster wear, poor fit, or degraded performance. On cutting and vegetation management equipment, that's not just a productivity issue.

Using parts that don't meet OEM specifications can also affect your manufacturer's warranty and, over time, the resale value of the machine. If you're running commercial equipment that works hard and needs to keep working, it pays to keep it to spec.
