Twister 1500 Spreader

The Stara Twister 1500 is a high-capacity twin disc fertiliser spreader designed to cover more ground in less time. With a 1.5 tonne hopper and spreading widths of up to 36m, it is well suited to dairy, drystock and mixed farming operations.

PTO driven and mounted on a standard three-point linkage, the Twister 1500 combines simple operation, accurate fertiliser distribution and robust Brazilian-built construction to deliver reliable performance season after season.

The Twister 1500 is available in three control configurations, so you can choose the level of application control and precision that best suits your operation.

TWISTER 1500 FLAT RATE OPTION
SIMPLE, FIXED-RATE SPREADING

Flat Rate

Simple mechanical control for consistent application at a set rate.

Set your target application rate, such as 200 kg/ha, and operate at the recommended 10 km/h speed. The machine applies at a fixed rate based on your operating speed.

Best for: Straightforward spreading where a fixed application rate is all you need.

AUTOMATIC RATE ADJUSTMENT AS SPEED CHANGES

Variable Speed

Smartphone-controlled application that automatically adjusts with your speed.

Set your target rate and the Twister 1500 automatically adjusts application as your operating speed changes. You can also change the application rate in real time and manually open or close sections from your smartphone or tablet.

Variable Rate

Advanced control through the Stara Topper 5500 SL for precision application.

The Topper 5500 SL provides variable-rate application using field maps and compatible satellite positioning signals. Application rates can be adjusted according to mapped areas, helping deliver greater precision across the field.
